13.) Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as it is DANGEROUS. 18.) The maximum weight of each group that should play in the bouncer at the same time is: For 13 x13 bouncers, maximum weight of 800 LBS; For 15 x 15 bouncers, maximum weight of 1000 LBS; For the maximum weight of the slide less than 250 LBS * The customer agrees to bear the full replacement costs, including labor costs, for all damage caused to the rental equipment. The person(s) or organization renting this inflatable equipment is responsible for any damage or injury occurring for any reason. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the above conditions. I am aware that while I am in my custody, I am fully responsible for what is inflatable and I will be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. * This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted) 15.) In the event that the fan stops working, make sure that all users get off the inflatable boat immediately and calmly. Check the fuses and make sure that the ear or fan drain hose has not detached or that something has not been inflated and is interfering with the fan. If overheating or failure, turn off the fan on the mains, turn it back on 1 or 2 minutes later and it should be restarted. If this is not the case, please let us know immediately. It is the responsibility of the person or organization renting this inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to persons or damage to the inflatable boat.

Lease: You will receive a lease like this. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for the safe operation of the bouncy castle and children. 25.) For safety reasons, piles and nails are used to support bouncy castles. The customer is responsible for choosing the location, and all damage to sprinklers, pipes, cables, etc. is the responsibility of the customer ____ Please keep inflatable one hour before the inflated pickup. 3.) Shoes, glasses, jewelry and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to people using the equipment and damage to the inflatable. 11.) No pets, toys or sharp instruments on the inflatable at all times. 20.) Only one person can slide on all inflatable slides at once.

17.) This Agreement and this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. And if a lawsuit is indeed filed, it will be filed in Palm Beach County, Florida. * For any dispute or arbitration arising out of this Agreement, ALL AROUND FUN, INC., shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys` fees, if the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen or irreparably damaged, the Renter agrees to pay $4500.00 (four thousand five hundred dollars and 0 cent) 8.) A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable boat at all times. The safe operation of the device is your responsibility. ** By initializing this field, you agree to understand these “safety instructions” provided by ALL AROUND FUN, INC. to imply. * The Customer accepts the Company`s right to enter the Customer`s premises at any time in order to repossess this material. 9.) Always make sure that the inflatable is not cluttered and limit the number according to the age and size of the children who use it.

Try to prevent large and small children from using it at the same time. 1.) No more than 250 lbs can use this inflatable. 14.) Please make sure that children do not jump and are dressed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets. * The customer undertakes not to lend, sublet or otherwise dispose of the equipment or to use it in any other place. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed: 12.) Don`t let anyone jump to the safety level before as it`s dangerous 2.) No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the inflatable. This avoids the risk of choking and keeps the device clean. (Please note that if the inflatable is picked up in a dirty condition, there will be a cleaning fee for the person renting it)10.) Make sure children don`t push, bump into, fight, or behave in a way that could hurt or overwhelm others. 4.) No face paintings, party poppers, colorful banners or silly strings that can be used on or near the inflatable. (Please note that these products cause damage to the inflatable that cannot be repaired). 16.) All Around Fun is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, i.e. rain or strong winds, power outages, hurricanes or other cases of force majeure.

24.) Do not use the Bounce House in the rain. The jumping surface is very slippery in wet conditions. If during operation the wind becomes excessive (20 mph), remove all bouncers and empty the bounce house. 7.) Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and should not be allowed.
