Past movements or trends in the evolution of interbank interest rates should not be used as an indicator of future movements in these interbank interest rates. Please also note that standard exchange rates are only a guide. We do not guarantee standard exchange rates. It is your responsibility to ensure that you accept the standard exchange rate for each transaction you enter into prior to the closing of the transaction. You can subscribe to various membership plans for additional benefits for a monthly subscription fee. Each plan is subject to Revolut`s terms and conditions and at different prices as described in the attached “List of Fees and Charges” and may involve the use of different cards. By subscribing, you expressly request that the subscription period of the respective membership plan begin from the moment your subscription is confirmed.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, ordering and express shipping of a Card is considered a Cardholder Membership Benefit for the purposes of the Subscription Period. When you register, your card account will be charged the monthly membership fee for your plan, as set out in the “Fees and Charges Overview” at the time of confirmation of your subscription and during each subsequent month, unless you cancel the subscription prior to renewal to avoid charging the following month`s monthly membership fee to your card account. Revolut may offer you a one-month free trial of the subscription. Eligibility for the free trial is determined by Revolut in its sole discretion, and Revolut may limit eligibility or duration to prevent misuse of the free trial. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your membership on hold if we determine that you are not eligible. We will charge your card account for your monthly or annual membership fee as set out in the fee and charge schedule at the end of the free trial period and your subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually, as applicable, unless you cancel your membership before the end of the free trial period. If your preferred payment method becomes invalid during your subscription period, or if the charge of your monthly membership fee is refused for any reason, you authorize us to use another payment method associated with your card account in accordance with Section 13 “Your Obligation for Negative Balance Transactions”. If your other methods of payment are refused or if we are unable to exercise our right to collect funds owed to us due to debts or deficiencies under Section 14 “Right to Collect Funds”.

Method for providing you with communications in electronic form. Any communications that we and/or Revolut provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) by accessing a website that we specify in an email notification we send to you at the time the information is available, or (2) by posting such communications on www.revolut.com, or (3) via Revolut`s mobile application. You can make national and international transfers with your card account. We may charge a fee for transfers as set out in the Fee Schedule (Appendix A). There may be certain restrictions on transfers, as described in Section 6 of this Agreement, “Restrictions on the Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions.” You agree to use the transfer features only with people or merchants you know. ALTHOUGH YOU MAY TRANSFER FUNDS TO MERCHANTS FOR GOODS OR SERVICES, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH PERSONS OR MERCHANTS YOU DO NOT KNOW AND THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES. Your use of these transfers to purchase goods or services presents a potentially high risk, we do not evaluate all suppliers of goods and services and we do not protect you if the goods or services are not compliant, damaged or do not match what you have paid or planned to do. For example, if you transfer money through the Program to purchase a Service from a third party, but you do not receive the Service or the Service is not as described or as intended, you will have no recourse with us and we will not provide you with any protection, whether through refunds, fund chargebacks or any other promotion. Transfers come from the card account and are transferred to external third parties.

Some destinations may charge taxes, fees and/or rates when the recipient receives or accesses the transfer. You can also transfer money to other cardholders. If you receive an ACH transaction, we may need to temporarily suspend the processing of a transaction in order to conduct a more detailed review or review against the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and that this action may affect the settlement and/or availability of your funds. Your Revolut account number and sort code may also be used for pre-authorized direct debit transactions (“ACH Direct Debits”) with merchants, Internet service providers, utilities or other companies to which you make payments on a regular basis. You can schedule ACH direct debits on a recurring basis or a one-time transaction. For more information about ACH charge limits, see Transaction Frequency and Dollar Amount Limits. You have the right to dispute errors in your transaction. If you have any errors or questions regarding your domestic transfers, please refer to section 25 of these Terms. If you think there is an error related to a transfer, contact Revolut within 180 days via the Revolut smartphone app. You can also contact us for a written explanation of your rights.

You can cancel within 30 minutes of paying a bank transfer for a full refund, unless the money has been collected or deposited. You agree to exercise reasonable control over your card account information, including cards, access codes and PINs and any other access code or device (including the mobile device on which the dashboard or mobile application is installed) in connection with your card account and the card(s). . . .
